Move z_HolovidMonitors.pak inside C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\MechWarrior Online\Game, or whereever your installation of Mechwarrior Online is, so long as it's inside ...\MechWarrior Online\Game. Enjoy the holovids! If you want to create a similar mod, then you must extract the monitor images for yourself and edit each frame individually: Rename z_HolovidMonitors.pak to z_HolovidMonitors.zip.
