Original model by Rockstar Games Converted to THPS by huckleberrypie An ex-Forelli soldato, Tommy was summoned to Vice City in 1986 to oversee a drug deal which had gone haywire, which he was tasked to seek for those responsible. Along the way, Tommy built up a reputation within Vice City's criminal underworld, eventually emerging as the city's kingpin. In an effort to consolidate his power, Vercetti ran a money laundering operation by opening skate parks throughout Florida for him to funnel ill-gotten funds to it.
