"Higher Potential" elevates the maximum skill levels for all newly spawned villagers to 10. To get the best use of this mod, a new game is recommended, though not a requirement. You can hire on villagers, to let new villagers spawn, and then release the ones you already have for those new ones in an on-going game. Personally, we would hire villagers, send them to an outpost near a wolf or boar spawn point, build a fence around them, release them, and let the wildlife kill them, or kill them yourselves.
